About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have been practicing in the field of mental health for almost 20 years. I see individuals, couples, and families across the age range and the same theme always weaves it’s way into my work: if you give space to what hurts and honor the story of where you have been, you can move through and build a more authentic and centered life.

Pricing

I offer telehealth therapy sessions in network with Aetna, Tricare, and Optum/United Healthcare. I accept private pay clients at the rate of $200 per session. At this time I am not accepting insurance for couples sessions.

Tri Care/Tri West, and Community Care Network clients: I am contracted at BrainCare Performance Center in Carlsbad and offer both telehealth and in person sessions. https://www.braincarecarlsbad.com/
